Because Livingston County weather can be unpredictable, we recommend scheduling your project in late spring or summer to ensure the best durability against the upcoming winter freeze-thaw cycles.
The “cure time” depends on the type of service performed and current weather conditions. Here are our general guidelines for both residential and commercial properties in Brighton, Michigan:
For Sealcoating:
Foot Traffic: Usually safe after 2 to 4 hours.
Vehicle Traffic: We recommend waiting 24 to 48 hours.
Commercial Note: For busy parking lots, we can often schedule work in sections or during off-hours to ensure the surface is ready for your customers by the next business morning.
